Ability to play sound clips that the people on Skype can hear but are recorded into a different track than either myself or the other people on Skype.

The goal is to have a track for each side of the Skype conversation and a third track for the audio clips played during the conversation. This would facilitate a "call-in" kind of podcast with pre-recorded calls.
